Our Tutoring Program

Professor John W. D. Connolly, B.A, Ph.D. has forty years’ experience in teaching at the junior college and research university level. He has a B.A. in applied mathematics and a Ph.D. in theoretical physics.

He is a part-time adjunct professor at the College of the Desert in Palm Desert, CA.
He is available for one-on-one training, either person-to-person or online.

The emphasis is on hands-on problem solving. The focus of the training is to know which formula or algorithm is appropriate to each problem. Dr. Connolly specializes in connecting with students and preparing true thinkers, as opposed to memorizing formulas without greater understanding.


